Lakshmi Bee is a sustainable lifestyle house inspired by the restorative rhythm of the natural world. We craft immersive, sensory experiences and bespoke pieces designed to be lived in, worn, and experienced. The Visionaries

We are Lakshmi and Susan Gowda—the mother-daughter artists and lifestyle visionaries behind Lakshmi Bee.

United by a close creative bond, our work blends a rich multicultural heritage of Australian, South Indian, British, and Western European origins. With a generational family history rooted in fabric production, fine art, retail, and real estate, we shared an innate intuition for the arts and spatial harmony.

We first combined our gifts by working together at home, creating custom clothing and art projects for school competitions, community programs, and church productions. Those heartfelt beginnings grew over time, opening doors into gallery exhibitions, runway shows and the birth Lakshmi Bee.
